It's not often in business that you shout about losing a client, but this week we've had to bid adieu to two of our longest-standing restaurant clients, Sam's Brasserie in Chiswick and Harrison's in Balham who have both shut their doors after succesfully going out on a high by being sold to Hawksmoor Group*.
It's a bitter-sweet moment as, while we've lost a really great client, it's the culmination of a very successful 10 years for both restaurants and a fantastic client relationship that's worth looking back on.
Redspa worked with the team at Sam's from the initial website concept stages over 10 years ago when Sam's Brasserie was just the shell of an old-print works. Since then, we've worked closely with the staff of both restaurants and helped develop the online presence further for Sam's and subsequently Harrison's when it opened in 2007.
As well as going through a number of website redesigns, including making both sites responsive for mobile devices, Redspa also designed and managed their email newsletters and their in-restaurant Wifi Captive Portals. Sam's website was also nominated for the Caterer's best restaurant website.
It's been a great 10 years and, while we're sorry to see Sam's and Harrison's disappear from the London restaurant scene, we're looking forward to potentially working with some of the team on future projects.

* both sites will re-open as Foxlow restaurants later this year.
