Complaints, Abuse Procedure and Response Times
We like to think we have have a good working relationship with our clients and hopefully most issues can be dealt with in an informal manner on a day-to-day basis.
If you feel your issue hasn't been dealt with to your satifaction and you wish to make a formal complaint, please email email@example.com or send a letter to the address below with the full details of your issue.
We will aim to acknowledge all points of contact within 3 working days and give a full response, aiming to resolve any issues within 10 working days.
If you encounter something you think might constitute abuse (for example, spam or inappropriate content) which you believe has come from our network or systems then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will investigate fully in accordance with the complaints procedure stated above.
