Why we signed up to the Living Wage

Redspa are excited to announce that we are now an accredited Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation. This means that every member of staff at Redspa will earn not just the minimum wage but the Living Wage. As a business, we are keen to make sure that we are doing good in the local community, and especially doing right by our staff.

The Living Wage Foundation is an independent organisation that seeks to create a network of businesses, organisations and people that share a commitment to responsible pay. The Foundation sets the Living Wage, which is updated annually and based on the cost of living in the UK. Redspa are happy to be a part of this network of responsible businesses.
